As expected, went up a few pounds. But weight cutting was just last week and I am eating a healthier amount. Still need to cut back on the wine though... Goal for next week is 181.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
