I'm officially going to start counting calorie and carbohydrates intake, and really follow my weight properly!! 2013 will be a great year for me I know it. Already lost around 15 pounds from my last "weigh in" all the way back in Apr 12!! Seriously so focused and energized. Ready to finally get under that 200 mark. ~LETS DO IT~
