I AM STARTING CLEAN EATING AGAIN. WE HAD A HARD 2 MONTHS W/ MY HUSBAND BEING IN A MOTORCYCLE WRECK, TRYING TO NURSE HIM BACK 2 HEALTH, AND TAKEING CARE OF R 3 KIDS AND FARM. THIS LAST WEEK OUR FRIEND WAS SHOT TO DEATH BY A LOCAL MAN. HE WAS A POLICE OFFICER, AND MY HUSBAND WAS ONE ALSO. SO WE HAVE SPENT THE LAST FIVE DAYS DOING WHATEVER WE COULD TO HELP W/ THE MAN HUNT.
TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY, I'M GOING 2 DETOX, EAT clean, and begun a round of p90x! Yea! I always feel so much better when I eat better, and work out everyday. I have fibromyalgia, and work outs are my lifesaver! Il update as I go.
