So I tried the low carb high protein and oddly it didnt work well for me. So over the past couple weeks I've gone about 80% or more to vegetarian eating. So carbs back up. It has worked tremendously for me. I feel better and have more energy. Eating more quantities of food. I think my body has a harder time digesting animal protein.
