Today is my first day on the Blood type diet, I am currently studying nutrition in collage and after reviewing many diets I figured this many be the best one to kick start my weight loss. As I am o negative my diet should consist of low carb high protein foods. I have decided to cut all dairy also from my diet at least for the first week. Here's hopeing I succeed =]
123.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
