down with bronchitis AGAIN. Another round of antibiotics...turned down the steroids after the 10pound weight gain in May that I still haven't made a dent in!

No cardio on doctor's orders. How am I supposed to lose any weight? ARGGHHH

182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 27.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.3 lb a week
