Just spent 30 minutes on the ellipitcal--lord, my arms are killing me!
Thanks so much to everyone for their support and advice. I must confess that I was going to ignore the "no fruit, must detox" advice from a couple of you buddies, but by happy accident (woke up to late today to do anything but throw some lettuce, dressing, and string cheese in a bag and race out the door) I forgot to pack my lunchtime clementine, and found that, duh!, I had zero food cravings this afternoon. Prior to today, I would want SOMETHING, ANYTHING in the afternoon, shortly after lunch, and just chalked it up to So, doubting Thomas and know-it-all that I am, I will admit my sin of pride and citrus, do penance, and lay off the fruit. Y'all are so wise that I will begin to refer to y'all as my personal Yodas! Off to cook dinner, but will check in later, 'cause this place is addicting...
