It's been 2 weeks since I started and I feel great!!! I have such control on the things I eat and I have already started seeing the results! I am slender in the waist and arms...I am also working out and trying to lift a little weight 4 to 5 times a week (at least for my arms and chest).
I haven't weight myself but will do so in a few...
