Weekends are always my downfall. Getting back into it again though, remember this is a lifestyle change and I can't starve myself. Tonight is the gym again. Hopefully 5 days of it this week. Woo!
Nightmares last night, so not much sleep. Hope to work myself into oblivion tonight and then just sleep sleep sleeeeeeeep, no dreams.
Will weigh myself tonight and record it no matter how terrible.
