I don't know if I like the "Health-O-Meter" digital scale we inherited from Grandpa... I might seek a second opinion from the old scale I was using (don't think the Mrs. has yard-saled it, yet).
166.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
