I feel really good today. I made cookies and ate some of the dough and about 6 of the cookies, but they are only 1 inch in diameter, so not that bad for you in moderation :) But, I went to the gym and got on the elliptical and burned off 400 calories in 36 minutes! I feel very motivated to stay on target with my diet (although today was a little bit of a side trip.)
