I need a jump in my progress, I did very well on phase 1 so I am going back to it today. I have already made cheese fresita for breakfast, just waiting for it to cool. Yesterday I did all my grocery shopping for the week. I hope to lose 5 lbs, but 10 would be really nice. My two weeks starts today and ends 8/25 then its phase two with less bread this time. oh do I love bread! more updates to come.
