BF now 23% according to Tanita scale. Is that right? Maybe it's getting old. Maybe I am. Maybe both. Aiming for 15%. Daily variation is between 1-2% so there must be significant fat loss to know if it is working.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
