TOM. No wonder I've been so sleepy. Today's FIRM menu was Hard Core Fusion. I was able to do all routines with higher intensity although I was using only light weight. Since I moved, I still cannot find where one of my my 5lbs weight is. It may be in my hubby's junk box, and I really don't want to touch it... Maybe I'll try look this weekend.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
