I'm going to try to do my cardio video tonight when I get off of work. Wish me luck!

Well, I managed to get through my cardiomax dvd, barely. It was a good workout, but it was HARD! I know it will get easier just like my powersculpt did (not easy, but easier), but I think it might take a little longer. I will be alternating toning (M, W, F) and cardio (T, Th) for the maximum results.
