Started Fasting Diet. 2 days fasting a week (non consecutive)

Today I had:
banana and yogurt and milky tea for breakfast - about 165 calories
Lunch was about 240 calories for a piece of toast with tomatoe and a smidge of butter, 8 thin rice crackers and some celery.
Dinner still to come
136.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
