I am really proud of myself - can I say that on here? :) I started this program myself (with the WW information I had from previously going to meetings), and have traveled, been to a 20th reunion high school party, and gone out to eat a few times while still sticking to the plan and losing in just 2 weeks. I try to use my weigh-in numbers in the afternoon since we all fluctuate through the day, but I know that when I started I weighed at least 172, and this morning the scale said 167. I am thrilled!
Perhaps in another month or so I will start to fit into my clothes again. This site is fantastic, I love the online food calendar and how it shows WW points, and love the challenges. Feeling good today!
