i need to get motivated!! i will aim for the BS TR for real progress! 2 weeks away ! drop 5! from now on i will set mini goals that are closer and more attainable. i think by setting goals too far away, i lose motivation because i always have in the back of my mind " i've got plenty of time before then to lose weight before then " so this way i only have 2 weeks! then i will set a non food related reward for myself. this two weeks i will go in for a massage.
