Monday took a 40 minute powerwalk while Johnny was in with Wendy. Then also took a long bike ride with Johhny when we got home. Had to be rescued by Laura because we were too spent to make it back home on the bike path. She picked us up at Merola's in Burlington.
Today Johnny and I played badminton outside for a good half hour. Worked up a sweat!
