I am a soon to be mother, who happens to have gestational diabetes. At first I was terrified of the word Diabetes, then when I realized with proper dieting my baby would be fine and I will be fine.Only thing that makes it hard is watching all those yummy carbs being eaten by everyone else. I just want to find some yummy recipes that will replace my cravings for deliciously bad for you food. I am hoping to find new ways to eat foods I love without gaining the glucose levels and fat I hate!
