Finally lost a little weight. My work schedule last week I had to get up about 2 hours earlier. I tried not to eat my regular meals early though - that may have helped. This week I work my regular schedule.
126.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
