Decided I love my new lifestyle! I love cooking new foods and trying new things. Day two no pop yesterday went well there was only one point that I wanted some discovered I like unsweeted tea ill have to check more into the vaccine and the real side effects and health concerns with it. I guess if I'm going to do this I might as well get healthy all around. Drank a lot of tea yesterday. Down one more pound from two days ago yay'
289.0 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 129.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
