I need to do this better...I feel like I need to put more effort in on my part. So I'm going to step up a little each day. Plus, I want to buy a scale to keep track of my weight instead of relying on someone elses.
I also need to really watch what I eat and figure out how to eat so I'm not hungry and what to do when I bored so I don't turn to eating.
Very annoyed that I ate again tonight when I should be doing something else.
I'm going to have to get more fresh veggies to keep on hand.
