EASIEST DIET 4 ME's Journal, 14 April 2013

gained a few lbs but I've been working out and i'm not sure if its related .i'm gonna stay the course .i'm sure it will workout.I HOPE ANYWAY.
290.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 100.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week

You're doing great, don't worry about that. Sometimes it's easy to get fixated with the numbers but they're not as important as how you feel.
