Due to late night I over slept. 12pm I woke up. I am cross

1546 kcal Fat: 25.34g | Prot: 101.21g | Carb: 233.98g.   Lunch: Dried Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels, celery, spinach, apple, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled onion, ryvita pumpkin, lowlow, cottage cheese. Dinner: 0% fat yogurt, veg chilli, brown rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: snack a jack, banana, milk, agave, cornflakes, apple. more...
