So I went to Montreal for 5 days and stayed at my sister's (meaning no control over fridge content). Reverted back to old habits and eating large quantities gaining those glorious 2 lbs back. Haha. It's ok I'm back on track today and soon I'll step it up at the gym. The interesting thing is that when I first started eating junkfood it wasn't because I craved it. It's just because it was around and I remember eating it and thinking "hey this isn't that great." And I'm that girl that could easily down a box of oreos no questions asked ;). Which basicly means that our cravings are really just habits and can be broken. Anyways my fridge is exploding with vegetables right now. When I get a chance I will start trying some new ETL dressings and recipes.
