Ok, this is kind of ridiculous. I dropped another pound and a half in one day. I'm going to start eating more protein and working out more. That way I can build some muscle tone and not just lose weight.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
