it was exciting to see my weight coming down as expected. I have lost more then 1.5 kg in one week high strict atkin Induction Phase diet. I have to do one more week before moving to Phase I diet to further reduce the weight.

I wish to reduce weight to 57kg at the end of Induction Phase. so finger cross.
127.9 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
