Haven't been on for awhile to tell you the truth I was a bit apathetic about this whole weight thing.

I worked this weekend as a CNA so I got loads of exercise and today I'm sore so I'm taking it easy,I may go for a walk this evening.

I found a picture of myself at 19 (more years ago than I care to say) I was so skinny! I wish I could look like that again. Is it possible? I think I averaged around 120 to 130. I was also a full time CNA before I started doing office work so I got lots of activity and I had "magic metabolism" I can remember eating what ever I wanted especially cheeseburgers and fries and not gaining an ounce. Those were the days! And then at 22 I got pregnant and gained 50lbs and entered my 30's and my metabolism slowed down and here I am 35 and fat!

The picture kinda gave me a shot in the arm though to step it up with my weight loss efforts. The truth is I haven't been on here because I'm haven't been putting forth much effort. That has to stop! What do you do if you lose motivation? Well enough poor me I want to do this!
