Up today. But down from Yesterday. Weighed in at 178.2, but I know what I have been doing wrong, I have had a major sweet tooth and it is getting me in trouble. I have to get it undercontrol. I am also starting the gym in the mornings on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, so that I can motivate my body to let go of the weight. I am not letting this setback hold me back. It is just a bump in the road on my journey to lose this weight forever.
