I love it! I saw today that my favorite coney dog/ ice cream stand opened for the season and wanted to stop so bad!!! Luckily I pulled a protein bar out of my purse to eat and kept driving! lol 

Don't beat yourself up. Tomorrow is a new day and if you don't indulge every once in a while, when you finally do after so long, it will result in a downward spiral. You will be back on track tomorrow. I know it! 

Thanks. I do feel better. I think that I needed to release some of the pressure. I have been so good for so long, that one ice cream will not hurt me, just as long as it is not a downward spiral. Back to the grind tomorrow.
