Trying to make weight loss a focus in my life again. When I'm trying to loose its hard not to think about food, but this past week I showed some discipline - excercised for at least an hour a day, 6 out of 7 days this week. Kept my calorie intake under 1800 per day and avoided breads, rice & potatoes. Base metabolic rate for a 245 lb, 42 year old, 6' 1" tall male is 2,085 calories a day so I should see some progress if I can keep this up.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.1 lb a week
