Day two of trying to keep points AGAIN! I can't say that I have stayed within them, BUT I am trying not to get down on myself to hard.....I think I need to start back with baby steps! Just starting to keep track of what I eat until I get in the habbit. I am proud of myself...ok I'm trying to be proud of myself. I just keep thinking, ok, how many times are you going to TRY AGAIN...........my answer is AS MANY AS IT TAKES BABE!!! This gal ain't given up. As soon as I get my eating back in gear, my working out is gonna step up too! Best wishes to you all!
