Ok, its time to get motivated. I have been slacking. Have you looked at the chalenges on this site? We can make our own chalenges, we dont have to post them on the site but just between us. Let me know what you think and we can do weekly chalenges to help our motivation.

you want to do an exersize like walk so long, squats or would you want to do an eating like no chips, softdrinks or document little thing. We should set it for one week at a time.

my trouble areas right now is: getting off on weekends, not eating my good breakfast in the mornings anymore, and not watching my sugar. also, i have not started my exersize like i said i was going to.

Let's have an exercise challenge. I just signed up for a three month weight challenge at work. The winner (most percentage lost) gets $200!! Should the challenge be to excercise everyday or like three times a week?

I would say three times a week. most things i have found say 3 times.
