OATMEAL IN THE MORNING..MaCDONALDS HAPPY MEAL AT LUNCH AND THEY SHORTED MY FRIES CHIC FILLET AT SUPPER WITH FRIES TEA UNSWT. That's me not doing what I normally do, but still I would bet calories wont over hat I do. Still I don't want to ever ge in the habit of that. Earthly foods should be dominant. When I fast food do it reasonably. My old mickey d's was 2 mcdoubles large fry and coke...I aTe a freAking hamburger today there and you know what I was perfect, if I would of got my fries .it wouldn't have been over 400cals. so oatmeal 200 macdonalds 300 I would say 700 chic filet.IM AT 1200 SO THATS NOT BAD.I will put a list of a great day of real healthy food soon.ITS ALWAYS MORE FOOD IT SEEMS
