Lost 3 pounds! I'm 167! I can't believe it. I read "Mindless Eating" over the past week and boy has it changed my perspective. On the other hand, I haven't felt as mentally sharp or uplifted in the past week as I should, but I have been eating more protein and taking B12. I'm becoming more vegetarian but it's taking some time.
