Started today on a hopefully good track from a 2 day fast.

Breakfast was small bowl of grapes x2 low fat yougurts.


Packet of low fat crisps x2 small blocks of milk chocolate.

1/2 Packet of salt and vinger low cal crisps. x2 plain rice cakes.

2 small plums. 2 low fat yougurts. 1 cup of tea. 1 diet lemonade. I small bag of peanuts and for dinner a vegetable spicy stew I made from scratch with veggies such as kidney beans, red onion, plum tomatoes sweetcorn etc.


196.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.3 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
