Started Atkins diet Jan. 22nd, initial weight was 275.4 lbs have lost approximately 21 lbs and have plateaued for two weeks so looking for ideas so I joined Fat secret.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
