Today I had to run to Grand Rapids and did not eat a proper breakfast. I did slug back some soy milk in the car and when I arrived in GR, they had a 6 in. subway waiting for me. They chuckled when I picked off the cheese. But I can handle that. Though Im feeling a bit off due to my weird morning start off. A good reminder to eat I suppose.
