Down 1.5 lbs overnight and yesterday was a "normal" day. Today is "fast" day 3 for this week. I feel like I can get below 158 this week. My clothes are feeling looser, ESP around the waist and thighs.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
