And I have been so good working out everyday
and eating little to no carbs, salad and meat and apples only
135.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet TerriKing's own diet   gaining 7.0 lb a week
