okay mondie4447. my 2 simple rules:
rule 1: exercise every day. Doesn't have to be a lot just move. They say it takes 45 days to form a new habit. Try it for 45 days. rule2: limit potions of certain foods. Pizza has a lot of protien but 1 seving is a slice. These are my current two. My plan is that once they become habit I won't need them as rules and I will develope two more rules. We'll see how it goes. I did read your profile and just a thought: get out in nature and look at all the beauty God created, and walk. Rules aren't easily to follow habits happen.
