it's been a while since I have been weighed in and logged my foods. I have been running a lot and working out. I feel like I may have lost some inches over the last couple of months but have put on some muscle. My diet could certainly improve so that's why
i have started recording my intake again. Let's see how well I do!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
