Okay, my 3 goals are as follows:

1. To redeem my sense of self worth - Over a period of 7 years I have lost myself completely. Going from a confident, slender teen to an overweight slob, with no sense of self worth. Now I am ready to change it back to the way I was.

2. Weight loss, goal weight 65kgs. - this is in order to achieve my first goal.

3. To change my lifestyle for the better - I want to be as healthy as I can be.
