Day five, and the scale is no longer my enemy. I lost a pound. I know it's not much, but it's the small victories that count, right?
Anyways, it was a good start to my day.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
