I did not meet my goal this week I was 1/10th of a pound off, But I will take that and move on to the next goal I have set for 5 weeks out. I have walked 4 days in a row and my dog is happy too. I need to get more exercise I know, need to work on a schedule. working nights makes it difficult, but not impossible, right?

Working four jobs makes things difficult too, but it isn't impossible. Try to do something, anything, something is better than nothing. I used to think I had to do at least 1 hour, but truth is, sometimes I only have 10 minutes, so I do ten minutes, then I start to feel better and that makes me want to do more. I really need to get back on track again too. I have been active, but have to get back into cardio and strength. I've quit DF now so I no more excuses... LOL. you can do it though. Start by making small goals for yourself each week.
