UGH!!!!!! I WENT TO CHIPOTLE. tOTALLY KNOW i SHOULDN'T HAVE. ADDED THAT YUMMY SALAD DRESSING AND NOW I'M ONLY DOWN 0.4 LBS. PLUS I DIDIN'T WORK OUT THIS MORNING. MY YESTERDAY WORK OUT HAS MY ASS HURTING LITERALLY. THE MUSCLES IN MY ASS HURT. I WAS GOING ZUMBA THIS MORNIGN BUT JUST LAYED ON MY COUCH WHICH MEANS I HAVE TO GET MY ASS UP AND GO DO SOMETHING IN THE GYM TONIGHT.
233.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

LOL. Just don't work out your ass. Pick another workout. When you're sore, that means you need to rest whatever is sore. Rest your ass! LOL.

Lmao! I soo needed that laugh this morning. I told the trainer I want to lose the fat and keep my ass because when i lose weight the ass goes too and he's like oh yeah we're going to keep it. He had me planking and squatting and now EVERY inch of me hurts. i guess that was a good workout because my ass has never hurt from a workout. i'll be doing yoga tonight to stretch those muscles out. But thank you you made my day @ Theblurch.

@CollyMP Lol! He checks on me and gives me homework so he emails to see if we are doing what we are suppose to do so last night I told him what was said and he's like do you want to keep that ass or not?...........then I'm going to be on that ass until you reach your goal. So I told him I may have to charge him for that. He just laughed.

LOL-oh you are in SO much trouble now! LOL! Though I need to do something-I'm hurtling toward menopause and my ass seems to have migrated around to my belly. If we're supposed to have junk in the trunk then I've turned into a Smartcar-ain't nuthin' back there.
