Yeah! Weight loss, despite my 'meat-loving' ways. Woo 'friggin' hoo! I choose to believe this one lb was removed from my double chin!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
