I think the addition of Yoga to my weekly routine is very beneficial. Perhaps that is why the scale is moving more slowly, but I believe I will consider it a good investment at the end of my fat loss journey. Before I got serious (again) with Atkins, I was noticing that a LOT of me was more jiggly than ever before. Not only that, but I started to have trouble sleeping. Atkins was the first step: shortly after I resumed the Atkins lifestyle, no more snoring, and my blood pressure is just about perfect. I was still not feeling "up to snuff" so I resumed my Yoga habit 3x/wk. Now, my sleep is VERY restful, BP continues to be good, and the scale continues to move. I hope in a few weeks, I will start noticing that I am resuming a lot of my old muscle tone. Only time will tell.
