I really like Smart ones and Lean Cuisine. I thought that they would taste bad like other frozen food, but I'm really happy with it. And the Weight watchers ice cream is so good I can't believe it's so low in points. I have to watch my wine consumption but other than that I think I'm doing fairly well.

Aren't they amazing?? I'm so into the ice cream....we keep our freezer stocked with them. I swear....skinny cows are one of the reasons why I was able to actually lose the weight last time :) I'd come home from work and pull one of those things out..."hmm....I have a couple of points to spare..." Isn't it fun to find creative ways to get the same kind of satisfaction? Only this time you can eat one of them knowing that you've earned it (in points that is :)

btw....you're doing amazing! I'm watching those pounds melt away on your constellation map :) What I love about this is the fact that it makes you accountable for every single thing you put in your mouth....you know exactly what it's going to cost you. <3<3
